Two Exhibition Areas Will be Increased to CILF

The 7th China (Shenzhen) International Logistics and Transportation Fair, co-organized by Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China and Shenzhen Municipal People’s government will be held in Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center during Oct 15-17, 2012. Two exhibition areas will be increased to CILF, namely Road Freight and Dangerous Goods Transport Service and Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Area. The two added ones will make 12 exhibition areas in all to configure CILF with a broader exhibition scope and a more perfect supply chain for exhibitors of the upstream and downstream of logistics industry.
Dangerous Goods Transport is one kind of the special transport. There are approximately 200 million tons dangerous goods through land transport every year in China, among which poisonous cyanide takes up several hundred thousand tons while inflammable and explosive oils up to 100 million tons. That’s no denying that warehousing is a significant procedure in logistics circle. With the development of logistics in China, the warehousing industry has stepped into High-tech era and warehousing technology and equipment are widely applied. “New exhibition area to be added about dangerous goods transport and the beyond in CILF will not only diversify its exhibition content but also build a communication and cooperation for enterprises of dangerous goods transport and warehousing technology and equipment.” said the organizing committee officer.
Meanwhile, the influence of CILF has been expanding and now it grows into the Top 1 logistics & transport Expo in Asia and the second in the world of the same kind, with the best quality, largest scale, highest level and most efficiency in Chinese logistics exhibition. More and more famous enterprises from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are attracted to CILF, including OOCL, Evergreen Marine, Yangming Shipping, Wanhai Lines, TS Lines, CargoSmart, Global Logistics Hong Kong etc. The organizing committee officer also told, “The special exhibition area for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan will attract more logistics enterprises for these regions to join CILF and the exchange and cooperation between enterprises of mainland and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan will be tightened.”
There will be totally 12 exhibition areas in the 7th China (Shenzhen) International Logistics and Transportation Fair, namely, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Port and Shipping, Air Cargo, Intelligent Transportation, Passenger Transportation, Material Handling and Technology, Green Freight and New Energy Automobile, Transport Construction, Science & Research Institutions and Talents Show, Road Freight and Dangerous Goods Transport Service, Transport Planning and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Area.
